Return Policy

Sunnaleather Refund Policy:

 

If purchasing via instagram/gmail/whatsapp:

 

Refund requirements:

  1. Product is faulty
  2. Product is damaged
  3. Incorrect product received

 

If your refund request meets these conditions, you must email [email protected] immediately with your order number and the reason for your refund request. If the refund is approved you must send the product back, details for this will be provided upon request, to sunnaleather* within the next 14 calendar days. Once the product has been received, it will be processed, and if applicable, a refund will be issued within 14 calendar days of the product being received. If the product does not meet the requirements for a refund, the product will be sent back to the original delivery address at the customer's expense.

 

If purchasing via sunnaleather.bigcartel.com:

If the refund is approved you must send the product back, details for this will be provided upon request, to sunnaleather1 within the next 14 calendar days. Once the product has been received, it will be processed, and if applicable, a refund will be issued within 14 calendar days of the product being received. 

 

If you decide to cancel your order, you must email [email protected] within 10 days of ordering your product, with your order number. A full refund will be issued within the next 14 calendar days.

 

Is your product damaged? 

 

If your product is damaged, you may either request a refund using one of the above methods, or get a free repair**. Email [email protected] to request a repair.

** Free repairs on any products that have been damaged within 365 calendar days of purchasing. Please provide your order number and date of purchase when requesting a repair. Any product that you have had for longer than 365 calendar days, will not qualify for free repair.
